l have tried the leaning on the badge while someone works the lever inside, but despite promising sounds l am getting nowhere, really need to put some water in my squirters!!!!

Help!!!

i've got a different model Renault but on mine you have to pull the lever in the cabin which releases the bonnet but then there is another lever under the bonnet which you have to pull to actually raise the bonnet.
its just to the right of my badge underneath the bonnet,just try feeling around with your fingers

After you pull the lever near the driver, it will click and the bonnet actually lift few inches up, with your left hand lift the bonnet a bit higher till it stops then with your right hand finger
feel the inside lever and pull ,this time you can raise the bonnet as high as you want.
