Perhaps you could check if the box under the car on the left side (middle of the car) is damaged.There is nothing which protects the receiver enough on bad roads or by driving in a pool of water. See whether the electrical wire is well connected or the box undamaged.

It needs Renault is CLIP diagnostic computer so almost certainly a trip to the local Renault dealer
