Just bought a megane.
What is anybodys thoughts on them who owns one?
also what sort of fuel economy can l expect from it?

l have megane and it goes like a dream the only thing l can say is that the four coil packs on top of the spark plugs tend to wear out but its not a big job too fix .have fun driving your megane

i've just bought my parents Megane and it is one of the best cars i've ever had, it will be kind on the fuel aswell with is good and they've top marks in safety too, it is an enjoyable car to drive so good luck with it

Great car, love all the things it has to offer windows all close on locking, little hidden apartments, lights on the bottom of the doors, its a great car, only thing is they do not hold there value for some reason. Ca not tell you much about the fuel economy as l just put in and go. but l do believe very economical. good luck with your new Renault megane.

great car, keep an eye on the timing belt , if you do not exceed 2500rpm except in fifth gear it will be very economical.

My Mum and Dad has a 1998 Renault Megane 1.4 RT. We have never had any big problames. The fuel economy is vary well my dad traveles about 60 miles a week on about £15 a week.
