Yes you can, but you need a B+E licence to tow a caravan over 750kg.

NO--cars are nolonger made for towing. You will damage the body skirting. Call a tow truck to haul a vehicle---way less damage.

Yes, you can rent a car to tow a caravan, but do not tell them you are going to use it to tow your minivan
