when u try to use radio/cd/tuner it says '' Code'' and ask for a 4 digit number.

i searched the manual book, and cant find anything about it. what can l try, what can the lock be. why did this happen?

l can not tell you why it happened, but your going to have to call your car dealer if you bought it from one or call the manufacturer of the radio to ask for the code it wont be a problem if you give them the serial number of the radio.

All cars have an anti-theft device that will make them require a pass code if the car senses the radio has been removed. Usually, when you buy a car, you are given the security code, which you can use if your radio is ever removed.

There may be a problem with your radio system, and you will probably want to check with the dealer about the problem.

they do this when the battery/radio comes disconnected. you can get the code from the garage the car was sold at just give them a call and there give you the code wright it down so if it happens again you wont need to ring them if you put the code in and it does it again you will probaly find a fuse has gone hope it helps josh
