A warning light has appeared on the dashboard that says 'Injection'.The car is running really well and isnt misfiring - does anyone know what this could be please?

You will need to take it to a local garage who has diagnostic equipment to read the fault code. It could be any number of sensors. like the mass air flow sensor or glow time relay. It could also be just needing glow plugs as renault dealer told me when they fail it puts the warning light on.

If it is a diesel, it could be a fault with the heater plugs (sometimes called glow plugs). If this is the case, you will only notice anything different starting from cold in really cold weather (happened to my 1.9dCi).
