So far the rear engine gear box mounting has broke ( now fixed ) drive shaft off side went ( now fixed ) now problem is with gear box and clutch . Exhaust fell off the other day , front brake is failed the other day, The car is taxed + mot and thing is seem to go wrong all the time when your short of cash !ARE THE FRENCH OUT TO GET US ? lol ,,,, fsh my arse ( french service history more like ). Any body else had problems with there renault . oh and l am not a boy racer !

no mines great and its 13 years old never had a problem apart from the central locking is tempremental

l had a megane for the whole of 12 weeks, l spent over £1000 on repairs and was on first name terms with the AA man!!! waste of money those cars. everyone l know with a renault has had problems. scrap it

l love my Mégane!
It is a 03 reg and I've had it since new with no problems at all.
Guess you just got the cursed one. That is a pity because it is a fantastic car.

Now you know never buy another French vehicle.
My friend had a scenic & in 2 years it broke down 9 times all with major repairs to be carried out, they have since changed the scenic to a vectra.
