hi how can i lower my front beams on my megane scenic its at 0 but the beams are still too high??

There are usually manual adjustments on the back of each unit. One for left-right and one for up-down. Look for a plastic knob near the top of the light. Park facing a wall or garage door (3-5 mtrs) and turn the knob noting the movement of the beam.

Assuming you're in the UK
best bet is to pop along to your local MOT testing station
once set the lights will be in correct alignment
most testing stations will do this quite cheaply

l own a scenic too and for my car, 4 is the lowest, not 0. l think you got confused. hope this help
