I am 16, and wanna start saving up for a car for my birthday next year.
I've had my heart set on the new twingo for years now, ever since l first heard they were bringing it out.
But, is it worth saving up for it? l mean, what are its good points and bad points?

a water melon! Dont get a C1 get an aygo better build quality.

l have driven the Twingo and the only version worth having is the GT 1.2 16v Turbo, but that costs over £10k and you can get more car for that kind of money.

hiya, best thing to do is get a parent/friend to test drive it & u go with them & decide for yourself, l have the new twingo & l think its a gr8 little car, it cert hasnt made any rattles with me & iv done 900 miles in it so far, there is loads of room in the back, plus its got the l tunes point which is good, it handles well, esp in the wet, it clings to the road very well, it is a city car but it does me fine & l live in the country, it handles fine at 60mph for somthg not that powerful, l have the 1.2 version which is enuf power for a 1st car, but l do intend to get the 1.6 when it comes out nxt year l think it is, im def stickn with the twingo. so far the only minus point ive found is the interior, it isnt that gr8, its not bad but its basic, the seats do get scuffed easily, but thats prob mostly cos l tak my dog in it. l love mine, but then everyones diff. :) good luck hun !

Anyway, l recently turned 17 & passed my test, with my heart set on a Mégane. However, after visiting my Renault dealership l fell in love with the Twingo. A week later & l ordered a 1.2 TCE GT with all the options as l saved a lot of money by not going for the Mégane so thought l might as well splash out!
Got it in Pearl Black with white stripes.looks amazing!

As for the good points: Cheap to insure, cheap to run, bags of personality, packed with features, fun to drive, very comfortable.

Bad Points: Only a 4 star EuroNCAP rating. l expected 5/5 from Renault seeing as they r the leaders in this field, still, 4 is not bad.

That is all.it is a super car & has so much character that it feels like a cheeky little dog!
Definetly worth saving up for.. l hope u end up getting one.
Oh & whatever model u get, make sure u add the panoramic glass sunroof, great in summer!
