l have a Renault Scenic 04 plate. 1.4 engine and l wanna put a bigger engine in it, something like a 1.9 Tdi or equivilent. Do l need to get a specific engine, l dont kno where 2 begin.

the cost of doing all that will near enough come out the same if you just bought the car with the engine you want

As above, this is a waste of time, you'd need to change wiring, instruments, fuel tank & lines etc., just buy one with the engine you want.

sadly if u have to ask then your not capable of doing it.just buy another biger engined car/suv.
