l am wanting to know if anyother bodykits from renault cars can be added a kangoo just to make it look abit better

The Kangoo is too different from the Clio to allow styling kits to be modified to fit.
There is not much demand for styling kits for the Kangoo - its not generally bought by people who want a sporty-looking car.
The best you will probably be able to get are the bumpers used on the 4x4 versions of the Kangoo, which should fit 2wd versions too.
