My Renault Clio 1.4 RT 1997 has a leak coming from the driver side.
The colour is yellow watery colour. It does not pour it, it is more of a drip. But after a while it is noticable. *This leak only happens when l start the Engine!*

Also, l changed the oil and oil filter a week ago, however l checked it today and l notice it is now *pitch Black*!!

l am completly a beginner at Mechanics, so l have no clue what so ever.

l believe it is futher back than the radiator.

sounds like a crack in the radiator - anti freeze dripping out.
Use some duct tape ont he outside and a liquid that seals from the inside. You can buy it anywhere they sell oil and auto parts.

Oil will get black very quickly - it gets some contamination from the muck at the bottom of the sump. It is no big deal but can be slightly improved by allowing a longer drain time or using an approved engine flush.

Leak; do you mean driver is side of engine? Possibly a drip from the water pump. Cheapest option is to keep topping-up the coolant bottle until it is time for a cambelt change (every 5 years or 72000 miles) then have the pump and belt changed together.
