Hi. I am having problems with my Clio Dynamique 1.5 EGR valve. This seems to be a common problem and various posts on the internet suggest blanking it off but do not go into detail about how to do it (or even how to locate it!). Any ideas or would you just replace it!?!?

hi. its located at the fear off the engine under the air filter box.. more than likely it will be stuck in the manifold and will need special tools to get it out.. try cleaning it first then change it if no success

Hi there, If ur engine is the K9K version, u will have major difficulty is when blanking the EGR off. The EGR piggy backs onto the inlet manifold & the body of the EGR is actually part of the inlet manifold, so on that note from my experience have fun. The only way l think that would be possible is for the inlet from the airfilter/turbo to be fed into a pipe which runs into the body of the alloy inlet & fix it to the metal pipe just after the alloy inlet part.
