Has this happened to anyone else? The car is strange to drive, noticeable loss of power, engine sounds different, l had electrical fault warning, then engine overheat/coolant warning, then both together, then nothing at all, then both together, then the engine warning again!!!!

This was over the space of a couple of hours then when tried to go home for dinner noticed lack of power and strange engine behaviour.

Is this a common problem? No problems up until now, it is a 05 1.2 16v.

These cars suffered from electrical ecu(computer) probs because it was positioned too close to the exhaust manifold, get it looked at asap. french car!!!

Have your oil and coolant checked for signs of mixing, this sounds like a cylinder head/head gasket problem to me. Get it checked before you drive the car again as driving will only cause further damage.
